Address Beach Resort opened in 2021 and immediately shot to the top of every “best hotels in Dubai” list. It claims to have the world’s highest infinity pool — 294 metres above sea level — and frankly, the view from up there is something you’ll never forget.
The Infinity Pool
Let’s start with the centrepiece. The rooftop infinity pool at Address Beach Resort is genuinely one of the most spectacular pools on the planet. From the water you see Dubai’s entire skyline on one side and the Gulf shimmering to the other. It’s included for hotel guests; non-guests can pay for pool access starting from AED 250.
The Rooms
Unlike many Dubai luxury hotels with dated interiors, Address Beach Resort is brand new. Rooms feel crisp and contemporary with floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in rain showers, and Nespresso machines. The Deluxe Sea View rooms are the sweet spot — you get the view without paying suite prices.
Beach & Pool
Beyond the famous rooftop pool, the hotel has an excellent beachfront setup on The Walk at JBR. The beach is shared with the public (this is JBR) but the hotel’s beach club section is reserved for guests and well-managed.
Dining
Surf & Turf at the beach level is outstanding. The rooftop Penthouse bar (adjacent to the pool) serves excellent cocktails with the view. Breakfast is a full buffet and among the best in the Marina area.
Verdict
Address Beach Resort is the best modern luxury hotel in Dubai Marina. The infinity pool alone justifies a stay. At AED 1,000–1,800/night for standard rooms, it’s competitive for the quality.
